As an Agile coach and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe 4.0) Program Consultant, Rae guides IT leaders and professionals of all levels in transforming how they work using Agile and Lean practices. She has deep expertise in what it takes to “go Agile," including experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer. Rae designs the curriculum for an intensive, year-long, Leadership Development program of which she is also a graduate. Rae studied Medical Technology at UW-Stevens Point. She's married and is Mom to two wonderful boys. When she's not a hockey-soccer-baseball-Tae Kwon Do mom, Rae enjoys running marathons and long distance races, as well as gardening, reading and creating podcasts for Agile Bettys.


Francie Van Wirkus is an SPC4, Agile coach, keynote speaker, author, and conqueror of mediocrity. She helps leaders and teams to adopt an Agile and Lean mindset. She has deep experience with complex organizational change and communication problems. As a master coach in Breakthrough Coaching, she helps people do what seems impossible. Francie studied Business Administration-Marketing at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Francie is a cancer survivor, and enjoys racing Ironmans and other endurance events. She lives in suburban Milwaukee with her husband and three delightful children.
